Changelog: Version 1.0.0

I've actually never kept a changelog control for my demo when I used only github, but I'll start tracking it now. So let's call this version 1.0.0 and move on! :)

• Version 1.0.0:
  • Includes MZ compatible versions for TAA_BookMenu (v1.5.0) and TAA_CharacterPoses (v1.2.0);
  • Includes maps to showcase TAA_BookMenu, TAA_CharacterPoses, TAA_MapTitleScreen, TAA_EnemyReinforcements and TAA_SkillMastery;
  • Includes custom character sprites to demonstrate TAA_CharacterPoses;
